Radio M - Episode 4
This time on Radio M, Chicago Reader music writer Peter Margasak returns to the show to turn us on to some tracks that are getting his heart racing. Peter features a song from one of the greatest exponents of sevdah, an emotional, melancholic folk style that has been described as the Balkan answer to the blues. She goes by Amira and her latest release is Amulette.
Radio M host Tony Sarabia also has music from Southern India, Colombia, Thailand and a live in-studio track from Chicago's Kevin Flynn & The Avondale Ramblers.

Join us for the musical fun.
